Is it possible to get back missing apps with particular my information after upgrading iOS?

I have just upgraded my iPad for iOS and after all been done my few apps disappeared and now i need to get one important app back with the info i was keeping there. Actually i need that info. Is it possible to refresh or do something else to get that app with info back?
