My and my family want to host a Japanese exchange student. How do we go around it?

We've had german, russian and french students before and we usually have a few a year, but we've decided to host a Japanese because we've heard that they find it very difficult to find host families in England, plus it'll help me with my studies. We're signed up with a website but it's only to host people from europe. Is there any websites that are for families that want to host students from Asia, specifically Japan?

What is a VPN?

VPN is (Virtual Private Network) were first used by companies to enable their employees to securely access internal systems such as email remotely (e.g. from home or while on business trips). Today they are increasingly being used for personal use by individuals to protect their privacy while online in public places (e.g. when using the wi-fi connection in a cafe) or in a country where the internet is censored / blocked (e.g. China, Saudi Arabia…).
